I figured since I shared my breakfast I would just share my macros/meals for the whole day. I slept in, so my breakfast was more of a brunch and I skipped lunch but I did do a low fat string cheese for a snack in the afternoon and then had grilled chicken with BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and a salad for dinner. I ate Ranch, bacon, and cheese on my salad l but I ate smaller portions of the not so healthy stuff and had mostly protein in this meal. In 2 meals and 1 snack today I was able to hit my macros pretty spot on with extra protein (I actually like protein goals higher than this app calculates anyway). Ideally 3 meals and 2 snacks is best case scenario, but sleeping in is nice sometimes, too ❤️

43g of protein in this breakfast and it was a LOT of food. You CAN hit your protein goals, stay within your calorie targets, and still eat at a large volume of good, nutrient dense foods. You just have to change some of your habits, change some of what you’re shopping for, and find creative ways to make healthier versions of foods you already like ❤️. Starving yourself is not the way. Those 500 calorie per day programs are trash and doing you no favors, nor are they sustainable. Being healthy takes effort but it shouldn’t make you miserable.

It’s incredible what Tox alone can do to reverse aging. This sweet girl hated the line between her brows, and in just a couple of Tox sessions it has almost completely disappeared. We just added a couple of smooth threads targeted to that area that will build collagen over the next few months and this will help plump that space even more, and that line will be nothing but a memory ❤️
