Here’s a reminder about our soup supper we will be having here at the facility Monday November 10th from 6-7pm! This is a free will donation to help raise money for the facility. For those that have loved ones they would like to eat with, feel free to come at 5pm as that is when the residents eat. We hope to see everyone there!

Please join us for our Annual Soup Supper on Monday, November 10th from 6–7pm at Dells Nursing and Rehab Center in Dell Rapids!

Enjoy Chicken Noodle, Chili, or Tomato Bisque Soup with brownies and cookies for dessert. It will be a free will donations for the meal.

If you’d like to eat with your loved one, please come at 5:00pm as residents will be dining then!

🎃👻 Bring the kids out for some Halloween fun! Join us on October 31st from 6–7 PM at the nursing home here in Dell Rapids for trick-or-treating with our residents. They can’t wait to see all the costumes and hand out candy! 🍬🍫

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Quilt Raffle! Thanks to your support, we were able to raise funds that will go directly toward more outings and fun activities for our residents. We are so grateful for your generosity and involvement! ✨ Congratulations to Beth, our lucky raffle winner!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Family Picnic on August 10th! We had such a wonderful turnout, and it was so special to see the residents enjoying themselves. Your support and presence made the day truly memorable!

We had a great time at the Sioux Empire Fair today! We explored the fun booths, visited the farm animals, and ended the day with some delicious fair food!

Today, our residents and staff had an extra special treat to cool off—DQ blizzards! There were lots of smiles and laughter as everyone indulged in their favorite flavors.
