🌿 Re-introduction Time 🌿
It’s been a season of growth, grounding, and grace — and it feels like the perfect time to reintroduce myself. 💛
I’m Shelby, a health and wellness coach who helps women find peace with their body and food while supporting their hormones, stress, and overall well-being. I guide women to create balance, not through restriction or pressure, but through awareness, self-compassion, and intentional living!
Lately, life has been full (and beautiful). I’m thriving in motherhood, our chickens are finally laying eggs (though we did lose one to a fox 🦊💔), and I’m learning to balance achieving my goals with simply being at peace where I am. For the first time in a long time, I feel deeply at home in my body and at peace with food — and that’s the space I help other women reach too!

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
👶 Former WIC Nutritionist and Breastfeeding Coordinator
💆♀️ Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015
🧘♀️ Registered Yoga Teacher
💫 Certified Wellness Coach with additional certifications in Mindful Eating and Hormone Balancing
