Dear Patients,

We want to inform you about a temporary Entrance project on Snowden avenue that will affect your travel to our office.

Snowden Avenue Entrance will be closed from Monday, April 13 at 7:00AM through Friday, April 17 at 6:00PM due to road construction.

During this time, you can still access Snowden (see attached map) via:
- Bedell Avenue
- Plymouth Avenue

Please allow a little extra travel time for your appointment. If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to contact our office.
