✨ My journey into Reiki began over 20 years ago through Yoga. What started as a physical practice became a deeply spiritual path of learning to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the peace within.

I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour), Reiki II Practitioner, Postpartum Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor. My work centers on holding compassionate space and supporting the body’s natural wisdom through life’s transitions.

Through gentle, heart-centered Reiki, I help clients restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner harmony.
