Yoga props for tonight! The yoga I teach isn’t about a bunch of, as I call it woowoo stuff! I can actually tell you why we do each pose, what muscles you are using and/or stretching and even the benefits. I step out of the box of traditional yoga to bring things in that I believe are beneficial to everyone. Things such as Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks and dowel rods. I’ve even incorporated chairs! Each accessory adds something new. My yoga motto is do what you can do and let the rest go! So if you are interested in not your typical yoga then come check my class out!

Today is the day! This year I started classes a bit later than usual but here we go! Yoga and my all new Body Molding Class! I hope you’re ready!

I’m ready! Are you? Classes start tomorrow! After the wonderful Canal Days weekend it’s time to get back to work! Yoga and my all new Body Molding Class. Looking forward to seeing everyone! This will be year 16 of yoga. I can’t believe some of you have put up with me that long! See you tomorrow!

Anyone who knows me knows that I continue to learn each day whether it’s real estate, fitness, my ME treatments or even jewelry making. I love to learn! I’ve been following Dr Vonda Wright for awhile now and was so excited when she wrote a book. My passion and focus has been on women and menopause. The mentality that goes with it drives me crazy! I’m tired of hearing my Dr says that’s how it is! I’ve never believed that! This book will help you realize that it doesn’t have to be like that! Here’s a couple things I’ve learned so far:

It’s about diffusing the time bomb inside of use but reclaiming control over our health choosing how we age and not letting time and sedentary living choose for us. Build mental hardness choosing health over housework.

All this “over the hill” at 40 or 50 nonsense is grounded in sedentary science in decades of studies having observed what happens when you do nothing! This should be treated as a warning lights not inevitability!

I can’t wait to finish this book!
