Foot or Ankle Pain That Just Won’t Go Away? 👣

If your tendon pain keeps flaring up — whether it’s your achilles, posterior tib, peroneals, or top of the foot — here’s the truth:

👉 It’s rarely “just inflammation.”
👉 It’s rarely fixed by rest alone.
👉 And it’s definitely not solved by stretching harder.

Tendon pain is usually a load management problem, not a random injury.

Tendons get irritated when:
• They’re overloaded too quickly
• Strength doesn’t match activity demand
• Foot and ankle mechanics aren’t controlled well
• The hip or calf isn’t doing its job

Shoulder pain? It’s not just about the needle.

Yes — this video shows dry needling.
And yes — it can be incredibly effective for calming irritated tissue, reducing tone, and helping reset the system.

But here’s the truth:

🧠 Dry needling is a tool.
It is NOT the solution by itself.

If your shoulder hurts when you lift, press, throw, sleep, or reach overhead… the real issue is usually:
