I plan to make a video talking about a condition or complaint that clients come to me describing fairly often.

Clients can usually open up about numbness and tingling in the hands/fingers.

My usual suspicion is the thoracic outlet. When muscles become tight and can cause compression on the brachial plexus nerves.

I'll usually spend a whole treatment directly focused on trigger point therapy within the neck, chest, biceps, extensors, and flexors of the arm. Sometimes, the shoulder blade as well.

It's just like what happens when your sciatic nerve becomes compressed within the glutes. Our brachial plexus nerves can become compressed as well.
