I’m almost at my goal! Please help support me in raising money for the Ronald McDonald House as I run the Chicago Marathon! RMHC provides a “home away from home” for families so they can stay close to their seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. World Mental Health Day!
Movement has been proven to assist with mental health and depression. Get outside, go for a walk, sit and practice deep breathing. All of these practices can assist with anxiety and depression.
