Yoga with Jenny Mac Jenny is a trained Astanga based vinyasa yoga teacher in Delray Beach, Florida. Find her every Monday at the Delray Library at 6:00 pm for a yoga flow and.

Jenny is a trained 200hr RYT Astanga based vinyasa yoga teacher living and teaching in Linwood, New Jersey. She began practicing yoga in Philadelphia in 2011. Her love for yoga quickly developed into a daily practice and in 2014 she completed her 200 hr YTT with Drishti Yoga in Santorini, Greece. A few months later she began teaching yoga in Abu Dhabi. She continued to teach there for a year and has now begun teaching once again in Linwood, NJ. You can practice with her at Hummingbird Yoga in Central Square in Linwood, NJ on Mondays at 10am and Thursdays at 8am. She is also available for private lessons in your home or in her home studio.

Hi everyone, I am beginning to create a store front on the website teachers pay teachers to sell the curriculum I’m in process of writing.

So far I only have free coloring pages up but I would be super supportive if you could go to teachers pay teachers and download one of my free coloring pages and leave me a review and follow my store front.

In the coming days and weeks I will be posting more content related to yoga, mindfulness, reiki and meditation.

Hi yogies!!! It’s been a while since I have posted. Although I haven’t been teaching yoga for a while I have been creating meditations on YouTube.

Hi everyone! I don’t post here often but wanted to share with the group that classes are cancelled until March 30.

I want to encourage you all to ground your energy with Mother Earth and practice any other grounding exercises that you feel called to, walking in nature, dancing ect. These will help support you during this time where the collective consciousness is experiencing mass fear.
