Meet Daimary Morales, OTR/L! She has been a valuable member of our team since February 2024. Daimary is a Cuban-American, born and raised in South Florida. She received both her bachelor's degree in psychology and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University. Daimary's internships during school focused on pediatric and orthopedic settings.

Since earning her Master's degree in 2019, Daimary has primarily worked with the geriatric population in outpatient and hospital rehabilitation settings. She has experience working with a diverse range of patients and diagnoses including stroke, brain injuries, and orthopedic surgeries.

Through her professional experience, Daimary has learned that therapy extends beyond the acute stages and can help patients maintain their strength, balance, and coordination to support independent living and daily tasks in their homes. She understands that therapy is not limited to just completing exercises, but can take various forms tailored to each individual.

Outside of work, Daimary is a family-oriented individual, married with two young children and a Golden Retriever. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, taking walks, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness. Daimary is bilingual and has a special appreciation for Cuban cuisine.
