We have some class time changes starting this week for our night classes!! Our new night time schedule is:

Tuesday 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Friday at 6:00 p.m.

Pilates at night is a great way to unwind and to stretch out after sitting or driving around all day. Make sure to sign up in advance!
