These three things I learned have changed my life…
1. Be quicker to listen and think than to speak or give a response.
2. Whenever in doubt, take three deep breath’s (breathing in through your nose and out from your mouth ).
3. See people in their greatest capacity even if they’ve shown you less.

During my recent detox, which lasted 7 days, I found myself encountering situations that caused me to become quite down setted.

In my ordinary interactions with others where I could have spoken out the first thing that came to mind (from a very unsettled place). Rather, I found myself in one case reading a text and putting down the mobile device quicker than my thumb could type.

After returning to my righteous sense (a more aligned state), I was able to respond in a way that brought both myself and the other person much ease.

I share this to say that practicing regular self cleansing can open up neuro pathways. Causing you to reason in ways that you’ve yet imagined.

This stepping back allowed me to 1. think quicker than I could type, speak, or offer a rebuttal from an unsettled place, which then allowed the space for me to practice breath work, which then opened up the portal of broader perception.

Making it possible to see the other person greater than the capacity they previously appeared. This is magic. When you begin to see others in a greater capacity, it elevates your state of being. Now, you must become just as great to communicate with him or her.

Are you finding yourself in an emotional runt? It might be time to detox. Detoxification creates space through you, opening up neuropahways, managing your emotions, and elevating your experience. It's a win-win!
