The next month is basically a festive tornado — emotions, food, family chaos, all of it swirling at once.
Which is exactly why this is the moment to anchor into simple habits that help you roll into the New Year feeling amazing instead of melted.

We’re running a free, simple, fun holiday challenge where we lock in one habit per week. That’s it. Manageable. Supportive. Actually doable.

Still struggling with a protein habit? Here are some helpful hints!

Two most important habits:

1. Log before you eat
2. Know what you need to hit protein

Take the protein number you need to hit and divide by the number of meals/snacks per day

Here is an example:

I know I need 25g each meal and I do 5 meals/snacks per day to get to 125ish ... (the rest comes from nuts/veg in small amounts) but 125 has to be planned!

1. Breakfast will always have eggs and cheese to hit protein

2. shake(or clear protein) sometime in day

3. yogurt with/ added collagen protein sometime in the day

4. whatever meat I've prepped, 100-110 oz, depending on the meat, to get to 25 g

5. egg whites/protein shake before bed, depending on how I feel - and if I want something different, like more meat I've prepped, I do that
