Recently, I achieved certification in aqua yoga and am excited to bring this new dimension to South Florida starting in July 2023. In April 2024, I also became certified in chair yoga. Additionally, I am trained in Tai Ji Quan, Moving for Better Balance, integrating its principles into my holistic approach to wellness. You can find my class schedule and events on my website. Keep an eye out for spontaneous pop-up yoga sessions, and look forward to upcoming yoga retreats beginning in 2025. Join me for full moon yoga on the beach at Oceanfront Park in Boynton Beach. Tuesday vibes ✨

Such a beautiful time with beautiful souls on the beach last night for our Pink Full Moon 🌕 Even though she didn’t show (she likes to do that with me sometimes 😉) and we missed the rocket launch… the energy we created together was truly something special.

That’s the magic — it’s not about what we see, it’s about what we feel.

And guess what… we get TWO moons in May 🌸
