It was an honor to treat Dr. D’Agostino with a combination of a skin pinch, upper blepharoplasty, and endoscopic brow lift. These procedures work together to open up the eyes, soften heaviness, and subtly lift the brows—all while preserving her natural expressions. A beautiful example of how small, well-placed refinements can bring out the best in someone’s features. 😎🙂‍↕️🙌

Where do you hide the scar in a male facelift—especially with a beard?🧐
This is a question I get asked all the time, and it’s a critical part of surgical planning.

Unlike female facelifts, where incisions can be hidden behind the ear or hairline, bearded male patients require a completely different strategy. ✂️🧔 The goal is to avoid distorting the beard line or creating tension that looks unnatural.

In this video, we’re breaking down how I approach incision placement in male facelifts to preserve natural hair patterns and deliver discreet, lasting results.

What happens when you treat both the structure and the skin? 🤔
You get a result that’s not only lifted — but natural and complete.

This patient had a lower extended deep plane face and neck lift with PRP, neck platysmaplasty, and full-face eCO2 fractional laser. Each technique plays a precise role: the lift repositions and supports deeper facial layers for long-lasting definition, while the laser smooths fine lines, tightens skin, and restores clarity and tone. PRP enhances healing and collagen, helping everything come together seamlessly.🙂‍↕️

It’s not just about pulling — it’s about restoring. And when done right, it doesn’t look surgical. It just looks beautifully refreshed. 👏

Not all lower eyelid surgeries are dramatic.👀
If you’re starting to notice fine lines or loose skin under your eyes—but don’t have bags or puffiness—a skin pinch might be all you need.🧐

It’s a subtle but powerful fix: just removing a sliver of excess skin to smoothen the area without touching muscle or fat.
Minimal downtime. No hollowing. No filler.
Just cleaner, tighter lower lids.👇🙌😎

Good for: younger patients with mild skin laxity.
Not for: those with under-eye bags, deep tear troughs, or poor lid tone—those need a different approach.

A lifted, brighter, refreshed version of her—not someone else.
My beautiful patient sent me her own selfie on the right—and I couldn’t wait to share it.🙌 She underwent a lower extended deep plane face and neck lift with PRP, neck platysmaplasty, eCO2 fractional laser with PRP, and an upper lip lift.

Dealing with thin neck and facial skin is much more difficult when trying to create a smooth contour between the face and neck—and the best way to accomplish it is by lifting in the deep plane🙂‍↕️😎

Why combine so many procedures at once?🤔💭Because facial aging doesn’t happen in one area—it’s a full-face process. Treating just one feature often leads to imbalance. That’s why, for this beautiful patient, we addressed multiple layers and regions in a single, comprehensive approach:
🔸 eCO2 fractional laser with PRP – to improve texture, fine lines, and stimulate collagen.🔸 Endoscopic brow lift – to subtly lift and open the upper face without changing her expression.🔸 Lipografting (fat transfer) – to restore volume in the mid and upper face using her own fat.🔸 Lower extended deep plane face and neck lift with platysmaplasty – for long-lasting lift and definition through deeper structural work.🔸 PRP – to enhance healing and skin quality.🔸 Nasal dorsal bone shaving – to soften the profile without changing her character.🔸 Upper lip lift – to rebalance proportions and restore youthful lip height.
She didn’t want a drastic change—just a refreshed, confident version of herself. This is what a customized, natural-looking rejuvenation can look like when we plan thoughtfully and treat the face as a whole.

My patient didn't want to look 'done' 🙂‍↕️she just wanted her neck and lower face to match how youthful she felt🙂‍↕️

We achieved that by combining a lower extended deep plane face and neck lift with platysmaplasty to tighten the neck and redefine her jawline. To restore softness and balance, l added lipografting to the midface, upper face, and around the mouth-areas that often lose volume with age.

PRP was used during surgery to support healing and improve skin quality from within.

This approach isn't about pulling skin tight-it's about lifting the right deep structures, replenishing lost volume, and letting the results speak softly.🙂‍↕️👏

Everyone talks about the surgery… but recovery? 🤔That’s where the real transformation begins.🙂‍↕️

The healing process doesn’t have to be unpredictable.
With the right plan, most of my patients are out and about in two weeks—confident and comfortable.

This isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s thoughtful, proactive recovery care that starts before you even step into the OR.😎🙂‍↕️

This result didn’t come from one treatment — it came from a strategy.

✅ Lower extended deep plane face + neck lift
✅ Neck platysmaplasty to tighten vertical bands
✅ eCO2 fractional laser for skin texture, tone & fine lines
✅ PRP therapy to boost healing and long-term collagen

Each procedure plays a specific role — structure is restored, skin is resurfaced, and healing is accelerated. Together, it’s a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation that delivers natural, long-lasting change — not just on the surface, but deep beneath it.

Not every patient is a candidate for this combo, but when it’s the right fit, the results speak for themselves.

When tissue starts to lose strength, it’s not just the neck that changes — it’s the entire face. 🙂‍↕️At just 41, my patient wanted to get back the definition she was missing — and look at this incredible transformation. ↕️👏
With a lower extended deep plane facelift, neck lift with platysmaplasty, lipografting to restore facial volume, and PRP to support healing, we addressed both tissue laxity and volume loss — because aging is never just one thing.
The face and neck move together as one continuous structure, and true rejuvenation means restoring both lift and contour across the entire lower face and neckline.
PRP gave her healing an extra boost, helping minimize swelling and enhance recovery — but the foundation is deep, precise surgical work.
A smooth jawline, sculpted neck, and restored facial volume bring everything back into balance — and she’s thrilled with her results (rightfully so!) 👊🔥
