In a county filled with nurse registries that hire caregivers as independent contractors, SYNERGY HomeCare chose to do business differently but the right way. We do not take shortcuts. The caregivers are our employees on W-2 and not contractors. We contribute for the employees’ payroll taxes. We cover all liabilities through our comprehensive insurance policies and worker’s compensation policies. As a client, you have no liabilities from anything. We voluntarily chose to be accredited by one of the largest public health accreditation companies, Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). CHAP oversees us to make sure that we have the highest standards and policies thus ensuring highest quality.

Our caregivers go through rigorous checks before they are hired by the company. We make sure that they go through the Federal Government’s E-Verify program, the FBI’s background check, a comprehensive national background check that includes check for felonies and criminal records, business reference checks, Driving records check, personal reference checks, CNA License Verification, Social Security Verification, physical exam paperwork and much more.
