Happy New Year! I’m Jenny. I’ve had an established Massage Therapy business in Delray Beach for close to 15 years. My treatments are not a typical massage treatment. I realign the body through soft tissue manipulation to put your body back in a neutral position. Your posture is molded from our regular daily habits, such as sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Muscles are shortened and lengthened which causes extra pressure on the joints. I change the dynamics of the muscles through muscle extension and release. I also release the facia which is the outer most layer of the skin. Facia Release keeps your posture from being pulled back to its typical position. Putting posture in neutral position eases joint pain, every day aches and pains, headaches and so much more.
This compliments Chiropractic work and Physical Therapy well.

This client has been in pain for years. She’s went to physical therapy, many Dr.’s and Chiropractors, nothing has helped. After 1 treatment with me her pain was greatly reduced. Posture is everything! If your muscles are in a neutral position, pain will disappear. Chronic pain can be caused by muscles being extended and pulling on your joints. I correct this and realign the body through soft tissue release and myofacial release.

I don’t masssage, I fix. You see me to heal the body or to keep the body out of pain. I balance the body, aligning the posture into a natural position through myofacial release techniques. It’s a slow superficial technique that opens up the connective tissues. I also use a lot of trigger point therapy, to release areas of discomfort.
