Many women feel it.

A quiet sense that something in their body is asking for attention.

Pelvic tension that never fully releases.
Digestive issues that come and go.
Hormonal shifts that don’t quite make sense.

And often the answer they receive is the same:

“Everything looks normal.”

But the body has its own language.

And most women were simply never taught how to listen.

That is why my friend Lisa Levine is hosting the Womb Wisdom Self-Healing Retreat on the island of Koh Yao Noi in Southern Thailand.

This retreat is not about fixing you.

It’s about learning the wisdom your body already carries.

During this experience you will learn practical tools to reconnect with your body, understand womb and pelvic health more deeply, and develop self-care practices you can carry with you for the rest of your life.

No experience is needed.

Just curiosity.
And a willingness to listen.

You’ll also be surrounded by women who are walking the same path — which often makes the experience even more powerful.

If you feel a pull reading this, trust it.

Send me a DM with the word WOMB and I’ll send you the retreat details.

Sometimes the body whispers before it speaks louder.

This may be one of those moments.

Your body isn’t asking for another supplement.
It’s asking for circulation.

I see this all the time.

Women come in after trying everything—
supplements, powders, teas, probiotics, hormone support.

Yet the symptoms are still there.

The bloated belly that never relaxes.
Painful periods that stop you in your tracks.
Cycles that show up whenever they feel like it.

So they assume something is wrong with their hormones.

But many times the real issue is stagnation in the abdomen and pelvis.

When circulation is restricted and organs are not in their optimal position, the body struggles to function the way it’s supposed to.

Digestion slows down.
Pelvic congestion builds.
The uterus and surrounding organs don’t move and drain the way they should.

And no supplement in the world can fix stagnation.

This is where Maya Abdominal Massage comes in.

This work focuses directly on the abdomen to help:

• improve circulation
• support proper organ positioning
• relieve pelvic congestion
• encourage the body to function the way it was designed to

I’ve been working with women’s bodies for many years, and many of the issues women are told to simply “live with” are often connected to what’s happening in the abdomen.

If your belly constantly feels tight, bloated, or uncomfortable…
your body may be asking for something different.

Sessions available:

60 minutes — $110
90 minutes — $150

I’m getting my treatment room ready for a client today.

She recently experienced a miscarriage.

Most people don’t realize how common pregnancy loss is.

In the United States alone, up to one million pregnancies end in miscarriage every year.

Yet the care after a loss is often minimal.

What many women actually need is postpartum care.
Because every pregnancy has a postpartum period that could be honored yo preserve her health and fertility.

Even when the pregnancy ends early.

When a woman comes to see me after a miscarriage, we treat her body the same way traditional cultures would support a woman after birth.

We slow down.
We talk.
She shares her story.
Then we begin the bodywork.
A full-body massage to help the nervous system settle.
Gentle abdominal therapy and womb lifting to support circulation and organ alignment.
Moxibustion to warm the uterus.
And work along the sacrum and pelvis to restore the body after pregnancy.

Pregnancy loss is not just a medical event.

It is physical.
It is emotional.
And it deserves care.

Just because a pregnancy ends early
doesn’t mean the body — and the heart — don’t need postpartum support.

A practitioner shared this message in our training WhatsApp group after the California Practitioner Training in January, and it really touched me.

Within just a few weeks of returning home, several of the practitioners from that group had already begun sharing stories from their sessions.

This was one of them.

“This work has been so powerful for my clients. I’ve supported people with GI and sacral pain, acid reflux, enlarged prostate symptoms… and a dear friend just shared she’s off birth control after 10 years — after one conversation about our work together.”

It’s always inspiring to hear how quickly practitioners begin integrating the work and seeing meaningful shifts with the people they care for.

Watching students carry these teachings back into their homes, practices, and communities is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

Google for a practitioner near you or DM me for a link to our directory.

“Everything looks normal.”

That’s what many women hear.
And yet your belly still bloats by evening.
Your cycles still hurt.
Your digestion still feels unpredictable.
Your pelvis still feels heavy or tense.
So you start wondering if maybe this is just how your body is.

It isn’t.

And you’re not imagining what you feel.

Many of the women who come to me arrive after they’ve already tried doctors, tests, diets, supplements, and treatments — and still don’t have real answers.
What I often find is something simple but overlooked:
The abdomen is tight.
Circulation is restricted.
The uterus, bladder, and intestines are sitting under pressure instead of being well supported.

These patterns don’t always show up on medical tests.
But they show up clearly in the body — and in the symptoms women live with every day.

After nearly 40 years working closely with women, including decades supporting fertility, pregnancy, birth, and recovery — I’ve learned that the body often needs hands-on guidance, not just diagnosis.

Most Medical Care Providers don't even touch you during a visit!

Maya Abdominal Massage works directly with circulation, tension patterns, and organ support.
This isn’t spa massage.
This is focused therapeutic work developed specifically for reproductive and digestive health.
Gentle enough for sensitive bodies.
Precise enough to create change.
Many women notice:
• Less bloating
• Easier digestion
• More comfortable cycles
• A softer, more relaxed belly
You don’t need to accept discomfort as normal.
And you don’t need to keep searching for answers alone.
Sometimes the body just needs the right kind of support.
If this sounds like you, booking intial abdominal therapy link in bio or DM me BELLY and I’ll send you the booking details.

Join us tonight yesterday or tomorrow wherever you are in the world. You don’t need another supplement.

You need to understand your womb.

If your periods are draining you…

If the bloating makes you feel disconnected from your body…

If fertility fears sit quietly in the back of your mind…

Throwing another pill at it won’t fix the root.

Lisa Levine (the other Lisa ❤️) brings 35+ years of hands-on experience supporting women’s health.

What she has seen over and over again is this:

Most women were never taught how their womb actually works.

Not in school.

Not at the doctor.

Not anywhere.

Womb Wisdom Self-Care is practical. Grounded. Clear.

You will learn simple, time-honored techniques you can use on yourself immediately.

Any woman can take this class.

It is also the prerequisite for Lisa’s (Kelly) Practitioner Training and Abdominal Therapy work.

8:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST

No experience needed.

No pressure to share.

Just real tools and real understanding.

How do you honor your body each day?

Here are 6 beautiful, doable ways to care for yourself today 🫶

🫶Start the day with warm water — Add lemon or herbal infusion to gently wake your digestion and nourish your inner terrain.
🫶Take 5 deep belly breaths — Bring your hands to your womb space and connect to your breath. It grounds. It centers. It reminds you: You're here.
🫶Massage your belly or feet — Even just 2 minutes. Loving touch reminds your nervous system that it's safe to rest and receive.
🫶Nourish with real food — Choose one meal that feels intentional today. Chew slowly. Taste fully. Let it be a ritual.
🫶Add warmth to your pelvic bowl — A warm compress, a bath, or even a quick steam can invite flow and comfort to your womb space.
🫶Ask yourself: “What do I need today?” — Then listen. Even if the answer is “less” or “nothing at all.”

Your body is wise. Your rhythms are powerful. Your being is worthy of daily care.
Drop a 💖 if you're ready to show up for your body like the loyal, loyal friend it is.

There was a time when every culture had abdominal medicine.
Women were tended after birth and in all cycles.

Cycles were supported with hands, heat, and herbs.

The belly was understood as central — not secondary.
Somewhere along the way, modern training moved away from that.

We learned protocols.
We learned muscles.
We learned symptoms.

But many of us were never taught how to work with the womb as an organizing center.

After 35+ years working with women — fertility challenges, endometriosis, digestive stagnation, prolapse patterns, postpartum recovery — I can tell you this:
When you return to the abdomen, everything changes.
Massage therapists.
Naturopaths.
Pelvic PTs.
Chiropractors.
Midwives.

You already have skill.
You already have clinical training.

What’s often missing is this:
How to work with uterine position.
How to influence circulation to the pelvis.
How to assess ligament tension.
How to integrate digestive and reproductive function as one system.

Traditional abdominal therapy never separated these things.

And when you learn to see the body that way, your work deepens immediately.

This training takes place in Trás-os-Montes, Northern Portugal.
The name means “beyond the mountains.”

And that feels right.

Because this work asks you to move beyond what you were formally taught.
Beyond surface protocols.
Beyond symptom-chasing.
Beyond the mountains of modern training — and back into medicine that remembers the center.

Small group. Focused.
2 spots remaining.

Not everyone feels the pull toward this kind of work.
But practitioners who sense there’s more beyond what they were taught usually do.
