Join us tonight yesterday or tomorrow wherever you are in the world. You don’t need another supplement.

You need to understand your womb.

If your periods are draining you…

If the bloating makes you feel disconnected from your body…

If fertility fears sit quietly in the back of your mind…

Throwing another pill at it won’t fix the root.

Lisa Levine (the other Lisa ❤️) brings 35+ years of hands-on experience supporting women’s health.

What she has seen over and over again is this:

Most women were never taught how their womb actually works.

Not in school.

Not at the doctor.

Not anywhere.

Womb Wisdom Self-Care is practical. Grounded. Clear.

You will learn simple, time-honored techniques you can use on yourself immediately.

Any woman can take this class.

It is also the prerequisite for Lisa’s (Kelly) Practitioner Training and Abdominal Therapy work.

February 16 & 18, 23 & 25

8:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST

Investment: $225

No experience needed.

No pressure to share.

Just real tools and real understanding.

This is the last call.

How do you honor your body each day?

Here are 6 beautiful, doable ways to care for yourself today 🫶

🫶Start the day with warm water — Add lemon or herbal infusion to gently wake your digestion and nourish your inner terrain.
🫶Take 5 deep belly breaths — Bring your hands to your womb space and connect to your breath. It grounds. It centers. It reminds you: You're here.
🫶Massage your belly or feet — Even just 2 minutes. Loving touch reminds your nervous system that it's safe to rest and receive.
🫶Nourish with real food — Choose one meal that feels intentional today. Chew slowly. Taste fully. Let it be a ritual.
🫶Add warmth to your pelvic bowl — A warm compress, a bath, or even a quick steam can invite flow and comfort to your womb space.
🫶Ask yourself: “What do I need today?” — Then listen. Even if the answer is “less” or “nothing at all.”

Your body is wise. Your rhythms are powerful. Your being is worthy of daily care.
Drop a 💖 if you're ready to show up for your body like the loyal, loyal friend it is.

There was a time when every culture had abdominal medicine.
Women were tended after birth and in all cycles.

Cycles were supported with hands, heat, and herbs.

The belly was understood as central — not secondary.
Somewhere along the way, modern training moved away from that.

We learned protocols.
We learned muscles.
We learned symptoms.

But many of us were never taught how to work with the womb as an organizing center.

After 35+ years working with women — fertility challenges, endometriosis, digestive stagnation, prolapse patterns, postpartum recovery — I can tell you this:
When you return to the abdomen, everything changes.
Massage therapists.
Naturopaths.
Pelvic PTs.
Chiropractors.
Midwives.

You already have skill.
You already have clinical training.

What’s often missing is this:
How to work with uterine position.
How to influence circulation to the pelvis.
How to assess ligament tension.
How to integrate digestive and reproductive function as one system.

Traditional abdominal therapy never separated these things.

And when you learn to see the body that way, your work deepens immediately.

This training takes place in Trás-os-Montes, Northern Portugal.
The name means “beyond the mountains.”

And that feels right.

Because this work asks you to move beyond what you were formally taught.
Beyond surface protocols.
Beyond symptom-chasing.
Beyond the mountains of modern training — and back into medicine that remembers the center.

Small group. Focused.
2 spots remaining.

Not everyone feels the pull toward this kind of work.
But practitioners who sense there’s more beyond what they were taught usually do.

Your body already knows what to do.

This is about remembering how to listen.

Womb Wisdom Self-Care is a 4-week, small-group offering open to any woman who wants to understand and care for her body more deeply.
It is also the required prerequisite for those who plan to continue into Practitioner Training and Abdominal Therapy studies with Lisa Kelly.

We work gently with the belly, the womb space, and the rhythms of your cycle.
Not to force change.
To build trust, awareness, and relationship.
This is not a lecture.
It is guided, hands-on self-care you can take with you into daily life.
Whether you are coming for yourself,
or feeling a call to eventually work with others,
this class lays the foundation.
Led by Lisa Levine for women in all cycles of life.
February 16, 18, 23, and 25, 2026
8:00 to 10:30 PM EST

Here’s something I’ve learned after countless labor prep sessions...
the sacrum tells a story.

As a woman moves closer to giving birth, the tissues over and around the sacrum change. They lose that taut, held quality and become soft, warm, and yielding, almost ripe.

I often wonder whether this softening is influenced by all the sacral and coccyx work I include in my pregnancy and labor-prep bodywork… or whether this is simply the body’s own natural timing unfolding beneath my hands. Maybe it’s both.

And recently it struck me, what if
the ripeness I feel in the sacrum may correspond to the ripeness of the cervix itself.

Birth isn’t just about one part of the pelvis.
The whole body prepares, front and back, her inside and her outside.
And the sacrum might be one of the earliest, quietest signs that a woman is moving closer to an easeful birth.

Just something I’ve witnessed again and again with my hands and my heart.🫶
