Spent some wonderful time at this weekend 🌿 Filled with incredible speakers, interesting technology, rich dialogues, and deep dives into women’s health, longevity, and relationships, and the powerful reminder that in a world full of micro-trends and constant data tracking, it is more important than ever to bring wellness back to the basics:
🌙 Living with the circadian rhythm
Our physiology is built around natural light. When we honor our circadian rhythm and sync with nature, we support detoxification, hormone balance, digestion, cognition, and cellular repair.
🤝 Connection
Human beings connect in community. Meaningful connection doesn’t just feel good; it strengthens longevity, immunity, emotional resilience, and overall health.
🍲 Nutrition
Not restriction. Not trends. Simply decreasing what inflames the body and increasing what nourishes it. Whole foods… think food from a farm not factory.
🧘♀️ Nervous system regulation
Safety is medicine. Breathwork, presence, grounding, therapy, acupuncture, releasing beliefs that no longer serve you all create space for healing and growth.
🔥 Good stress
Stress isn’t always harmful. Short, intentional bursts of challenge can strengthen the nervous system and build physical and emotional resilience.
🧠 Neuroplasticity
The brain can adapt, repair, and rewire. Thoughts, habits, boundaries, and routines reshape our inner landscape.
⚡️ Foundational mitochondrial health
Energy isn’t just a feeling; it’s a cellular process. Supporting the basics (sleep, nutrients, movement, regulation) supports mitochondrial health which is foundational.
🚶♀️ Move your body
It will thank you!! Take time to build muscle, support your cardiovascular health, and nourish your mind and body with movement that feels good.
✨ We don’t need to overcomplicate wellness.
✨ Spend time caring for you foundations.
✨ Consistency is the real catalyst.
