Delta Family Medicine is raffling off a blanket and wreath again this year! Here are the details: 1 food item equates to 1 ticket. Enter as many times as you want! The quilt and wreath will be a separate raffle.

Delta Family Medicine now has the Moderna COVID vaccine available in office. If you are interested in receiving the vaccine, please call our office to schedule an appointment or simply drop by. We would like to be as efficient as possible in administering the vaccines without any excessive waste. The vaccine is in a 10-dose vial, once we remove 1 dose, we have 12 hours to use the remaining doses in the vial. We are considering a wait list in order to help converse vaccine.
