TIPSY TUESDAY
- Pain in the neck edition -

After yesterday’s Muscle Monday…
let’s give you something you can actually DO about it 😏

(1) Easy Stretch (Levator Scapulae):
👉 Sit or stand tall
👉 Turn your head slightly (like you’re looking into your armpit)
👉 Gently pull your head forward/down
You should feel a stretch along the back/side of your neck
⏱️ Hold 20–30 seconds (don’t yank it—be nice 😅)
(2) Quick Posture Fix:
Check your shoulders right now 👀
If they’re creeping up…
👉 drop them down
👉 take a slow breath in
👉 and let them fully relax on the exhale
Most people live with their shoulders slightly elevated all day without realizing it.
But if you go right back to:
❌ stress
❌ poor posture
❌ shallow breathing
That tension comes RIGHT back.
