My goal for the year is to get out of the house 3 days a week for at least one hour. Why am I doing this? For nervous system regulation and to signal to my limbic system that I am capable and safe. ๐

So the rest of the year I will be working on my Bucket List Mindfulness Calendar and picking one task to complete each month. ๐
There are 22 to choose from and for January I picked #4- Declutter and Organize one space.
I decided my craft room/office was top priority.
I had things stacked on top of another unil I couldn't do much of anything creative.
In just two days and about two hours I can now see the desktop again and have plenty of room to make anything my heart desires. Wahoo!! ๐งต๐๐ฆ
