Sometimes you're going to feel stuck spiritually. Not blocked, not broken, just stalled. It will be like the connection is quiet and nothing is moving. That is very normal and it's actually the perfect time to lean into affirmations.
Affirmations keep the channel open when your intuition feels silent. They remind your nervous system and your subconscious of what's still true, even when you can't feel it. This is not forcing belief, it’s reinforcing trust.
Grounded statements like “I am supported”, “My intuition is still working”, “Clarity returns when I'm ready” create stability during the pause. And that pause is often where integration happens.
Being spiritually stuck doesn't mean you're going backward. It means you're being asked to stay steady until the next layer clicks into place.
