There's people out there to motivate you. You can even pay somebody to train you and help you change your body but it's all in you if you don't change your mentality and if you don't change your bad habits you're never going to have anything. You need to be positive and you need to find that "other self" that's quiet inside of You. Filled your life with positive people ignore the negativity and keep pushing yourself to find that other Self. you have inside you must be focused and willing to change. And when I'm talking about that other self is that other person you wish to be. You have a capability of changing your body. But first you have to really want it.
