Important Announcement from Renu Massage Therapy 🌿

Dear Valued Clients,
I’m excited to share that I’m embarking on a short training sabbatical to further enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of therapeutic massage. This time will allow me to bring even more value and insight to every session when I return!
During this period, I’ll be away from the practice for approximately six months, but rest assured, I’ll be back soon and ready to provide you with an even better experience.
Your well-being remains my top priority, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you need any assistance or have questions while I’m away, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

To our Renu Family,
Hello and thank you all so much for your interest surrounding our opening. Renu is taking your safety and that of our team very seriously. There are many new safety and sanitation initiatives that we are implementing but we wanted to inform you of those as we roll them out. We are committed to following all CDC guidelines to keep us all safe as we navigate this together.
• Social Distancing - Employees shall not knowingly allow clients or persons accompanying client to congregate within six feet of a person from another household.
• Facial covering - The Renu team will be required to wear masks. We require that you wear a mask to your appointment, and we ask that you wear one that secures behind the ears.
• Hellos & Goodbyes - Will be a fist bump.
• Refreshments - We will not be offering water or mints at this time.
• Limited Items and Guests - We ask that you arrive for your appointment at the time of your appointment and no later. Please wait in your car until a guest service professional or your service provider texts you to enter the office do not sit in office waiting room. Please limit any belongings that you bring with you, perhaps just your car keys. Please do not bring any extra guests with you and please do not bring children to your appointment currently.
•Payments are requested at the time of booking an appointment.
• Our Guest Service Coordinators - Appointments will be booked via clinicsense.com. An intake Form, COVID 19 Form and payment must be completed on this site. The “book now” has been added on Renu page and our website renumassagetherapy.net to request appointment.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are working quickly and very diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious to your needs. We are incorporating extensive new and improved sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation, including the requirement of all our Service Provider's completion of Alabama State Board Massage Board.
Your provider has been fully vaccinated, and at this time, potential clients be fully vaccinated as well. You may be asked to provide proof of your vaccination.
Lastly, Thank you so very much for your kindness and support during this difficult time in history. We look forward to seeing you in the salon soon!
