We’re excited to share that our Scratch Therapy sessions was such a hit that they’re now happening weekly! 💙

Just the other day, each resident enjoyed about 15–20 minutes of deep relaxation. Many shared how amazing it felt, how relaxed they became, and how it truly helped them escape from reality for a little while. And yes…one resident even smiled while drifting off to sleep! 😊

Our residents enjoyed a soothing Scratch Therapy session focused on deep relaxation and stress reduction. With calming spa music playing, everyone was able to truly unwind and let their minds relax. We even added some hands into the mix—because why not make it extra special?

The ladies loved it so much they’ve already requested spa pillows for the next session! And of course, no spa day is complete without a sweet ending… a delicious cherry dessert to top it all off 🍒

Moments like these remind us how important it is to slow down, relax, and enjoy a little self-care together. 💙
