Gray, moody weather have you craving a nap? We get it. Here are some health benefits to that afternoon snooze (according to the American Heart Association):

1. Increased alertness
2. Less crankiness (after you're fully awake again)
3. Improved memory
4. Better creativity
5. Savings? Basically, the AHA says that all of those benefits above are what you get out of an energy drink, but instead of spending money on one of those, napping is more or less free.

Thursday, 12/25: CLOSED

Saturday, 12/27: OPEN regular hours.

Cedar Lake:
Wednesday, 12/24 - Sunday 12/28: CLOSED
Monday, 12/29: OPEN

A friendly reminder that you do not need to have insurance to be seen. You'll just be considered a self-pay patient and will need to pay at the time of service. Let's talk about stretching, and not just because it's National Stretching Day (that's a thing!). If you didn't know, there are SO MANY BENEFITS of getting some stretching in daily, including:
