”I’ve suffered from TMJ syndrome since I was 10 years old. For 30 years I’ve tried everything: splints, orthodontic work, electrical nerve stimulation. I’ve lived with dull temple headaches, jaw stiffness, popping every time I opened my mouth, and exhaustion from simply eating chewy foods.

In March, things got worse: intense headaches, pressure, and a new symptom I’d never experienced—uncontrollable eye twitching. That’s when I discovered CST for TMJ and scheduled an appointment with Kate.

After my very first session, the results were immediate. The stiffness and pressure—gone. The eye twitching completely stopped!!

But the most unexpected gift? The release of anxiety and tension I didn’t realize I was holding as a nonstop mom of 4. That hour of calmness and clarity has become my favorite part of the week.
