*MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER*

This isn’t written with the use of AI or a proofreader and it’s rushed because I can hear that my baby is awake from her nap. It IS from the heart though and that’s what matters- so please forgive any errors or things that could be taken wrong. I guess there’s always someone out there that can twist your words but, then again, those aren’t “our” people.

We ARE a business and we do have to make money- that is true. And we are not rich by any means but we are richly blessed and have the power to donate services or set you up on payment plans if we so choose. I own the company, yes, but my staff maintain the rights to make that decision on an as needed basis. The reason we don’t give away more is because of the rude spirit that comes with it. The only bad review I have received is someone who got their service for free from their friend who worked for me- after their friend quit. And then if we run a really good special, some people that trample in to “take advantage” don’t match our vibe- but quickly exit, thankfully.

All of our patients are amazing and we appreciate you. I just received a message from a long standing patient who asked to cancel her upcoming appointment because she could not afford to pay. You always have the freedom to cancel your appointment, but please NEVER think you have to sacrifice your health because you can’t afford it. I’d rather not be paid than you miss the benefits you get from your pellets. Chasity will work with you to set up a payment plan or in some situations, give you the service.

I know I’m opening myself up to scrutiny for posting this but as they say, “haters gonna hate.”

The core of who we are has always been service and there’s not a single staff member except maybe my office manager who has to handle our finances 😅 who would disagree with me. We ARE your community. We donate to your causes, sponsor your children’s athletic teams, and when you or your child or your grandchildren are fighting for their lives, lose a house in a fire, or whatever crisis you’re in, we are standing there beside you in every way we can.

The point I’m trying to make is- we love you, we see you, and we’re your provider because we choose to be, not because of your ability or inability to pay.

It took me less than ten minutes of sitting at Chas’ desk today to be like “oh no… you gotta go!” Thanks, Chas, for putting up with the ORIGINAL Flourish computer from when we opened eight years ago for so long without a complaint BUT yeah… out with the old!
