Tonight is the Denham Springs Book Swap on the back patio of Mustard Seed Creamery from 5 to 7 p.m. Early book swaps start at 4:30 p.m., so bring those books you are done with and swap them out for something new to you.

Any books left over at the end of the night will be donated to schools, prisons, and other communities across the area. We are asking that books be in good condition so others can enjoy them too. Please no books with missing pages, excessive writing, or torn covers.

We are also hosting Fill the Cart for Whole Heart Health to help stock Manna Bags for the next month and a half. These bags provide shelf stable meals with recipes that can be recreated from dollar stores. The cart will be at Mustard Seed tonight and remain there through November.

We want to thank the Livingston Parish Library for their support in helping bring the community together through reading, and Cavalier House Books for always kicking us off with a great selection of books and continued encouragement.

Come grab some ice cream, enjoy a glass of wine or a bite to eat, and spend the evening with your community. We cannot wait to see you from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight at Mustard Seed Creamery.
