Juban Point Urgent Care is a community based walk in medical clinic with a focus on serving the medical needs of the local residents of Livingston Parish. The clinic opening in February 2017 is owned and operated by Dr. Joseph Thomas Jr MD a board certified emergency medicine physician. Dr. Thomas and his staff will provide efficient ,
affordable easily accessible medical care to the residents of Juban Road and surrounding areas.

Clinic Closure Notice

Due to the anticipated severe freezing weather expected to worsen on Sunday, Juban Point Urgent Care will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety during these hazardous weather conditions.

Due to roadwork on Juban, access to our clinic will be limited, so Juban Point Urgent Care will be closed tomorrow. We know this may disrupt your plans, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes our patients and community.

The closure is strictly to keep everyone safe and avoid delays in care while the roadwork is underway.

🎄 Holiday Hours Update – Juban Point Urgent Care 🎄

We want to keep our community informed of our hours this week:

✅ Today: Open regular business hours, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✅ Tomorrow: Open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 We will then be closed the rest of the week and will reopen on Monday, December 29th.
