Today, a few members of the AAELA Staff had the amazing opportunity to attend the ECC hosted by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE)! 🎉✨

Not only was the event fun and inspiring, but it also gave us a chance to connect with incredible childcare owners, directors, and educators from all across the state of Louisiana. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾💬

We learned a lot, shared laughs, and left feeling even more passionate about the work we do. We truly had a blast — and we’re already counting down the days until our next conference in October! 📅💼
