"Hospital Opens Saturday" was the headline of the Dension Bulletin newspaper on Friday, May 11th in 1951.

The dedication program on Sunday, May 13, 1951 included a flag-raising ceremony, a presentation of oil paintings to the hospital, speeches, and a presentation of hospital keys. The open house was held until 10:00 p.m., giving visitors the opportunity to see the hospital.

For some children, ear tubes help keep ears healthy by improving airflow and preventing fluid buildup. During ENT Month, we’re sharing how small treatments can make a big difference for growing ears.
