February 4 is World Cancer Day—a reminder that prevention and early detection matter. Preventive cancer screenings are an important part of staying on top of your health. Screenings Save Lives! Taking time for regular cancer screenings is one of the simplest ways to protect your health. Screenings can help find cancer early—sometimes before symptoms appear—when treatment is often most effective. Your primary care provider can help you understand which screenings are recommended based on your age, health history, and personal risk factors. Cancer Prevention Month is a great reminder to start that conversation and take an important step for your future health.
