👋Hello to everyone who is new to our page! We are so glad you found us 🥹 and want to tell you all a little bit about what we are doing here at I Have AnxieTEA.... besides making hilarious tea puns, of course .🤭🫖💖
✨️I've been a therapist for 15 years and have become increasingly passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and overall well-being, especially in regards to natural wellness and the innate ability that our bodies have to heal. Many of my clients across time have significantly improved their mental health through taking better care of their overall well-being, often moving towards more natural options for their systems.
✨️Our teas are all-organic and hand blended in very small batches. They are called "adaptogen wellness blends" which means they have powerful herbal ingredients that help support your system in many ways. One of the most exciting benefits of adaptogen herbs is that they have a mitigating effect on the nervous system! Our signature AnxieTEA blend is designed to help your system prepare for and adapt to stress, which can lead to less overall anxiety. (As someone with lifelong anxiety, I have a true appreciation for this!)
✨️We also have adaptogen blends that help support immunity, inflammation and detoxing the body (ImmuniTEA), help support rest (MinTEA Restful Blend), help support the balancing of hormones in the body (Cycle Support Blend), and help support natural energy (Green Tea Energy Blend)... stay on the lookout for our seasonal blends as well. ❄️Right now our seasonal offerings are the Holiday Sparkle Blend and Spicy Chai.
✨️OH did I also mention we also offer individual herbs, butterfly pea flower tea, passion flower tea, jasmine green tea , Tub Tea Bath Steeps, DIY Simple Syrup kits (lavender, rose or hibiscus) AND all kinds of other tea-related goodies like steepers, reusable muslin tea bags, tea cups and the most adorable little spoons?! Yep, that stuff too.
✨️Are our herbal wellness blends going to solve all of your life's problems? Nope. 🤷🏼♀️ But they can absolutely be a helpful addition to your holistic wellness routine and, if you ask me, steeping loose-leaf tea is a beautiful ritual that can be used as a mindfulness anchor throughout your day.
