Last night at Neufit Kickboxing, we wrapped up class celebrating Sara's birthday the best way we know how… with a little extra work. 💪🔥

The whole class finished with 40 sit-up punches to close out the night. Sweat, laughs, and a strong finish.

Our 8:30am rebounder class brought the energy today at NEU-FIT 💪🩷
Lots of bouncing, lots of smiles, and plenty of heart-pumping fun.

We finished strong and then did what we do best!
