Just saw this posted in the news feed, today. I did not realize until I went to save the video that I loved and saved it a year ago. It was saved for Vagus nerve stimulation. Very important! Do it.
It also oxygenates your whole body…woe! Seriously, if you are standing just be sure to have a chair near by. Today, I did it sitting up straight (except for the last sound when I stood)
Enjoy!!!

Being able to "switch gears" is a powerful skill. It means you can calm yourself when stress spikes or find a boost of energy when you feel drained.

While classical yoga ultimately aims to still the movements of the mind (citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ), the path begins with awareness—of breath, energy, and the shifting states of the nervous system.

Your body has two main modes: your "go" mode (Sympathetic Nervous System) and your "slow down" mode (Parasympathetic Nervous System).

Noticing whether we’re activated or withdrawn allows us to choose practices that support balance.

🔺 Upregulation builds focus and vitality—through backbends, standing balances, and energizing sequences.

🔻 Downregulation invites calm—through forward folds, supported twists, and slow breathing.

The goal isn’t to feel one way all the time. It’s to recognize what’s present and respond with discernment. Over time, this becomes the foundation for steadiness and the deeper stillness that yoga points us toward.

“Nature never rushes yet everything is accomplished” Lao Tzu

Your fascia has memory.
Your nervous system has patterns.
Your muscles are holding stories you haven’t even read yet.

👉 Healing is a process.
👉 Progress comes with commitment.
👉 Your body deserves better than “one and done.”

If you’re willing to show up for it — we’ll meet you there.

With skill, strategy, and the kind of presence that actually creates change.

Let’s build results that last.
Book. Show up. Communicate.
