Today was such a thoughtful surprise for all of us on the 400 block of Main Street! 🤩

A huge THANK YOU to .united.bank for treating the entire block to lunch today from .blackbird . With all of the construction and the challenges our downtown businesses have faced during this big project, their team recognized how hard the journey has been and wanted to do something kind for the businesses here. That gesture meant so much.

We are officially in the home stretch of this major improvement project, and we truly cannot wait until the streets open back up soon — welcoming all of our amazing customers back through our pink doors with parking right out front and a beautiful new streetscape. 💖

UPDATE:

We will now be closed 01/27/26. We hope to reopen at 1:00 on Wednesday 01/28. We will keep you posted. Reason: I think I saw the USA olympic ice hockey team skate by when I was driving on 289 this morning! Winter Olymipcs start very soon!

Texoma children have been writing letters to Santa on Denison’s Main Street for decades. And this year, ten Pottsboro students, hand-picked by their teachers, got the chance to come out and meet Santa. The children were “very excited” to see the jolly good fellow.
