Our Story

Eventide is a non-profit senior living community located in Denison, Iowa. Being a non-profit organization, the bottom line is not about profits…it’s about exceeding the expectations of our residents, families, and employees. We are a Continuum Care Community that is able to promote independence while providing peace of mind. This will ensure that as the needs of our residents change, we will be able to accommodate those changes.

Serving Crawford County Area for over 50 years as a faith-based non profit organization, we strive to provide resident centered, cost-effective health care programs and services to each resident in our community. The first resident was admitted on April 1, 1963. Today, we have grown to add services, programs, and facilities to better assist individuals in this community. We house 62 independent living units, 36 assisted living units, and a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Eventide is recognized as the regional resource for comprehensive aging services. All faiths are welcome to work and live on the Eventide Campus.

Featuring many different lifestyles choices, the Eventide Community provides a variety of options - all designed to make your senior years as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
