We had the best time celebrating Easter with our residents and their families! 💐🐰

From festive spring décor to great company, the room was full of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. 💕 We enjoyed margaritas, music, and lots of smiles as everyone came together to celebrate the season. 🎶🍹

There’s nothing better than seeing our residents surrounded by family, sharing stories, and making new memories. These are the moments that truly matter. 💛

Today at The Homestead of Denison, things got a little wild (in the best way 😆)

We played the “Cheese Ball Head Challenge” — and yes… it’s exactly what it sounds like.

Whipped cream ✔️

Competitive spirits activated ✔️

And let me tell you…
the laughter in this room was EVERYTHING.

More than rehab- A fresh start. 💙

After surgery, this patient came to Homestead of Denison needing strength, stability, and support.

With hard work in therapy, she made incredible progress and by discharge, she was walking with a walker, gaining the confidence she needed to take her next step forward.

With the help of our Social Services team, she secured placement at Asher Point Independent Living allowing her to maintain her independence and even keep her beloved cat. 🐾

When reflecting on her stay, she shared that “Homestead is the best” and that she “felt treated well.” She described our team as “very kind and supportive” and said therapy was “more organized than most places.”

She will continue her journey with 1st Texas Home Health confident, supported, and ready for this next chapter.

This is what whole-person care looks like.
