Happy Easter! We still have our free open Crochet Art Group tonight 4-5:30pm for anyone wanting to join us for learning or bring your own projects to work on. *Afterwards from 6-7pm we have our Denmark Connects Monthly meeting open everyone! Come join us to see what we’re planning next, let us know if there is anything you might want to teach, or something fun you’d like to see started!

If Crochet on Mondays doesn’t work, we just started our first gathering for ‘MIXED FIBER ARTS’ for a show & tell! There might not be time for learning for this first time, but people can learn what is out there for fiber art fun, and those skilled can show off all the options by bringing in the current or favorite crafts of: crochet, macrame, felting, weaving, embroidery, quilting, rug making and more! We really can all learn. So if you’re looking to start something new or show off your craft… come join us! All ages welcome. This may be a 1-2x/month group.

Denmark Activity Center, 141 Highridge Ave. Lower level entrance (handicap accessible) & parking behind the building.

Looking for something new & different to do, or a place to share your awesome projects? Grab a friend and join us Thursday April 9th 6-8pm for our 1st ever ‘MIXED FIBER ARTS’ gathering! Macrame, Crochet, Knitting, Felting, Weaving, Embroidery, Rug Hooking, Quilting, & more. ALL ages welcome, and sometimes the guys are better than the girls, so bring everyone!

Come to learn about or share your skills with others. Show & Tell! Bring your current or favorite project to share and give ideas. If we get enough interest we can meet monthly.

*We have people looking to learn: finger knitting, making rugs from recycled clothing, & felting! So if you know how to do these or any other projects… please join us and bring a sample.
Some people just want to know all the different options & styles out there. 🤗

Our Denmark Connects monthly meeting for next week Wednesday is moved to Monday April 6th @ 6pm, as I have a track meet for my son on the 1st. Please bring a friend and/or youth along who might be interested in making a difference with us! Hope you can make it & let me know if you have any questions. This is an open meeting for anyone wanting to learn more, or wanting to help in planning any upcoming events we have. More minds make for better ideas!

Local Patriotic Art Contest for Youth K-8th grade! 🇺🇸

This paper was sent out to families before Christmas through the school. Let's seize this opportunity to showcase our young artists' talents and submit their entries to the school office by March 30th as the VFW Auxillary will collect them on March 31st. By carefully following the instructions, we can unlock their full potential and help them win cash prizes, making their hard work truly rewarding.
