We give thanks every day we have food on the table, a friend to talk to and a warm place to lay our heads each night.
So honored to be participating in the Thanksgiving Class this year. As the volunteer teacher I was able to choose the organization that will receive the donated class fees. So this year all contributions will go to 🇺🇸

I reached out to learn more about the needs of this organization and spoke with the Director of Development, Jeffrey Begg. I wondered if we should have students bring canned food items as well but Jeff let me know that many vets need toiletry items - shampoos, soap, toilet paper, paper towels as well as food for their pets!

Jeff explained, “Our veterans are proud, and often they put their pet’s needs before their own. When you bring toiletries or pet food, you’re not just giving supplies, you’re giving dignity and relief to someone who’s served.”

At this time of year - and always - let’s look out for those who stood out for us to protect our freedom and join me Thanksgiving morning for a special all-levels vinyasa flow. Bring some toiletry items, your mat and your gratitude.

Of all the pieces and bits that made this space so ‘chill’ I think I will miss these woven shades the most. They added a layer of warmth and light that filled the atmosphere with a little magic. 💫

🍽️ There’s a cute place nearby that took them! Can’t wait to see them hanging and bringing their magic to another place in Dennisport.

To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.

I haven’t been too sad these last few weeks about closing the sauna bar as there is so much ahead for me to do and offer through my coaching, w e l l n e s s events and retreats. But today, as items and decor that made this sweet space a sanctuary for some (perhaps more so for me) have been sold, given away or packed, I reflect on the last several years here. It was a good experience. It was actually a great experience. I am grateful for all of it. And grateful for everyone who came through the doors to help make this dream of having a w e l l n e s s business a reality.

This next evolution allows me to serve you in a more personal, flexible and transformative way - one that reaches beyond walls and equipment and into lasting change.

I recently shared this pic on my personal IG. But I really should have posted it here first as it relates to my Clarity Catalyst Coaching!

While I work to develop a simple 3-Day Starter Course to introduce seekers to the Clarity Catalyst program I am once again re-immersed in the teachings and exercises of the 8-week program. The Clarity Catalyst is for anyone ready to be cracked open! For anyone ready to step into the unknown! For anyone ready to get a grip on overwhelm and move past fear to live in alignment with your dreams! And each time I coach this program I make one more dream of my own come true.

You see me here outside in nature - on a path. In a year from now I will be walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain! Not the entire route (which can take more than a month) but the last 100km and the most spiritual part of the journey. My training through The Clarity Catalyst has helped me move past the noise in my head (and the world), has helped me declutter my life physically, mentally AND digitally, and move into the unknown where my dreams live. It is a magical journey, one filled with trust, non-judgement of self and others and no expectations. It is a journey that has helped me launch a business, travel to Ireland, reach out to others to support and for support and has brought me great joy and friendship as well as focus and of course clarity! And now it is bringing me to the Camino de Santiago! I am in awe💫

We are in our 4th year! We’ve had some ups and downs. We’ve met incredible people from whom we’ve learned and with whom we’ve made friendships. But change is coming.

We’ve always offered coaching for clarity and w e l l n e s s but somehow the focus always came back to infrared sauna+cold plunge🔥💦 which is great. But so much wisdom renewal and transformation comes from our coaching. So in this 4th year we are leaning in. We will be increasing our focus on coaching, private w e l l n e s s events and of course, throwing in a retreat here and there because who doesn’t like grounding and practicing yoga and w e l l n e s s in natural and beautiful settings.
We are also looking at a physical move/transition. So hang in there with us. Only good things to come🩵
