Inversions are some of the most important poses in yoga, engaging core muscles, sending oxygen to the brain, supporting lymphatic drainage and stimulating digestion.

🧠Since the brain is the largest consumer of oxygen, more blood to the brain means more oxygen + more oxygen means better brain function.

Join me for a special Intention Setting Workshop on New Year’s Day . This was a very successful workshop in 2025 and is your invitation to help you find the tools to do the real work of fulfilling your destiny - and your desires - while exploring the Law of Attention and the Law of Action for 2026 and beyond!

This year’s workshop is extended to two full hours! There will be some gentle yoga and meditation to accompany the discussion on how we get clarity and what daily practices we need to cultivate our dreams.
This workshop is for everyone who wants to live with abundance.

Wear comfy clothing, bring your mat, a bolster, a cozy sweatshirt, water and your journal or notebook.

New Year’s Day at 10:00am.
🌟This is an Intention Setting Workshop with lots of notetaking. You are encouraged to come a little early to set your cozy space and to meet other participants. You may want to connect with others to maybe set up an accountability partner or group to support each other in the year ahead. This is completely optional but previous groups have had great success!
