Our studio is located in Hyannis on Historic Main St. We currently offer a variety of studio classes including Yoga, Strength training, Zumba, and more! In a world that praises exhaustion, rest becomes a quiet rebellion. An exhale. A return to ourselves.

Join us on Sunday, February 8th, 11am–1pm for a gentle, community-held gathering inspired by Rest Is Resistance by Tricia Hersey, led by Ayanna and Lindsay of B FREE Wellness. Together, we’ll slow the body, soften the nervous system, and remember that rest is not something we earn—it’s something we deserve.

This donation-based offering supports The Cordial Eye, Belonging Books, and B FREE Wellness, spaces devoted to healing, creativity, and belonging. Participants are encouraged to purchase the book through Belonging Books, nourishing both the work and our local community.

How are you really doing today?

Dry January isn’t about perfection—it’s about awareness, support, and showing up honestly. Some days feel strong and clear. Other days feel messy, tired, or challenging. All of it counts.

✨ Share what’s been hard
✨ Celebrate what’s felt good
✨ Notice even the smallest shifts
✨ Let yourself be supported

Progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like pausing. Choosing differently. Checking in instead of checking out.

You don’t have to do this alone. Our WhatsApp support group is a gentle, judgment-free space to connect, reflect, and remind each other why we started.

This month isn’t about extremes.

It’s about small, consistent choices that actually stick.
You don’t have to change everything.
Just choose one habit… and let it grow 🌱

Maybe it’s:
• Spending more time outside
• Resting without guilt
• Reading or learning something new
• Moving your body gently
• Connecting with community

Healthy habits don’t have to be dramatic to be powerful.
Consistency > perfection. Always.

And if this resonates, we’re excited to share that we’re hosting a Rest Is Resistance workshop based on the book by author, Tricia Hersey, on February 8th, in partnership with The Cordial Eye and Belonging Books.

Dry January doesn’t have to be about restriction.

And it doesn’t even have to be about alcohol.

What if this month is about intention instead?

Maybe you’re stepping away from:
• overworking and never resting
• doom scrolling that drains your nervous system
• negative self-talk that keeps you small
• constant busyness with no space to breathe
• saying yes when your body and heart are saying no

Dry January, redefined, is about choosing presence over pressure,
rest over hustle, self-compassion over self-criticism.

There’s no one right way to do this month.

Just an invitation to pause and ask:

👉 What am I ready to release… so I can make room for something healthier?

At B FREE, we believe healing starts with awareness and choice—and it grows in community. You don’t have to do this alone.

B FREE! Find Recover Evolve and Enjoy! B FREE is here to help you change your life, find your best self and enjoy it! BFree is a coaching and wellness service that combines movement, meditation, yoga, fitness with action and healing into your life to create a lasting lifestyle of freedom. The model: Find: Find who you really are, your authentic self and who you want to be in the world FIRST Recover: Identify what is getting in the way of you living your life as your best self and create a way to recover from that with tools we create together Evolve: BFREE is action and task based! Evolving will include practicing who you really are with the tools you need to best support that- with homework, classes, movement and integrating all the skills together to create a lasting healing process. Enjoy! Just enjoy the rest of your new life!! You will leave B Free with an action plan that you can have forever- or come back to change it as life needs you to. Sessions are flexible! Weekly sessions are suggested for three months to start, but that part is up to you. B Free requires an initial consultation for $30 to find out if it is a good fit for you. Ayanna Parrent, LICSW and Wellness Therapeutic Life Coach Ayanna is a social worker with over 20 years experience with adults and children. Ayanna (Zumbayanna) is also a fitness enthusiast certified in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Kids Zumba, Aqua Fitness, POUND! Yoga and kids Yoga. She has incorporated the social work world with the fitness, movement world for a true mind and body healing experience with B Free. She specializes in trauma, addictions, substance abuse disorder, children with behavioral difficulties, motivation and inspiration. Ayanna currently teaches classes at multiple studios on Cape- when you sign up for B Free certain classes will be offered at a discount or free while you are in the coaching program.
