It's national sibling day!

When my brother and I were kids, we loved running out to the ice cream truck with a handful of change to get a cold treat in this Texas sun.

It's common to associate food with positive memories and even comfort. Being healthy does not mean you have to deprive yourself of all of your favorite and comfort foods. I just might take my brother some ice cream today. What are some of your fond sibling food memories?

Ahh the good ol' tomato- full of vitamins and antioxidants. Great in sauces, yes..but sometimes I like to just eat a nice ripe tomato with a pinch of sea salt. How do you like yours?
