Did you know that CranioSacral therapy can be helpful for tongue and lip ties? The fascia in the body can be affecting the oral restrictions, and vice versa causing issues like nursing difficulties, reflux and digestive issues. This gentle therapy can be very helpful in calming babies' nervous systems, and releasing tension in the mouth and body. CST can be a great part of the team with lactation consultants, feeding specialists, dentists and pediatricians serving little ones.

I was so privileged to get to go to beautiful Oregon for another CST class. Cláudia Silva was a wonderful teacher of the CSP2 class. It was wonderful learning new techniques and ways to tune in with babies, children and their families.
