Leadership Lesson with Marcylle Combs

As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to pause and speak from the heart.

In our line of work of home health and hospice we don’t just clock in and out. We step into sacred spaces. We care for people in their most vulnerable moments. And we do it with grace, compassion, and quiet strength.

I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude lately not just as a leadership tool, but as a way of life. And I want you to know: I see you. I see the long hours, the emotional weight, the extra effort you give even when no one’s watching. I see the way you show up for patients, for families, and for each other.

Thank you.

Thank you for choosing this work. Thank you for bringing your heart to it. Thank you for being part of a team that leads with love.
