Together, we’ll focus on breath awareness, jaw and neck release, shoulder and forearm tension, and gentle stretches to support your back and hips.

All you need is a tennis ball and a washcloth—though even without tools, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and aware of your body’s cues.

Following the session, stick around for an optional 20–30 minute Q&A to explore additional techniques or specific areas of tension.

The first best thing about owning Soma Massage Therapy is the number of people we are able to help feel better daily. Over 1000+ people a month experience the healing touch of our skilled therapists!

The second best thing is just the amount of good we are able to sprinkle around the community with donations to nonprofits and sponsorships of events. (Need a donation for your next fundraiser? HMU!)

The third best thing, though, is being able to treat my sweet daughter to a couples massage during her holiday break. She has scoliosis and is a dancer and equestrian so she gets sore and achy pretty easily. Thank goodness for Meghann and Audrey who took such good care of us at our appointment last night!
