We always get asked questions about Dr. Quan's background, here is some information regarding Dr. Quan;
Dr. Gang Quan is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2004. Dr. Quan is originally from China where he studied Medicine at Beijing University and Shangdon University and became a certified Gastroenterologist. Dr. Quan came to the United States and did a GI research Fellowship in Colorado in 1992. He moved to North Carolina in 1998 to do his residency and then finished his fellowship in 2004 in Dallas, Texas at the University of Texas Southwestern. Dr. Quan has been practicing Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Denton, TX since 2004! Dr. Quan does speak Chinese and full English!
