Tonight in the Oasis Café, our kitchen staff is hard at work preparing dinner with care and dedication. 🍽️

From early prep to the final plate, their teamwork and heart go into every meal they serve. Nutrition is an important part of healing, and our dietary team shows up every day to make sure our patients are cared for in every way, body and mind.

We wouldn’t be UBH without our wonderful dietary staff. Thank you for all you do to nourish our community. 💙

The holidays can be overwhelming, and it's OK to set boundaries to protect your mental health.

You don't have to attend every gathering, say yes to every request or meet everyone's expectations. Choosing what's best for your well-being isn't selfish, it's necessary.

If you're struggling to navigate the holiday season or need support with your mental health, we're here to help. You don't have to do it alone. 💙
