Thank you Dr. Cramer & Kelly for the most amazing staff fun day. We’re so blessed to work with such a wonderful team and such a humble kind doctor and family that treats and makes each day filled with JOY! Today we went to Northpark mall and had a blast picking out some new kicks from the Nike store then had an absolutely delicious lunch from Maggiano’s. It was a perfect day filled with a lot of laughter, shopping and team bonding. This team is GREAT, because it starts at the top from our amazing leader Dr. Cramer and his beautiful bride and the way they hand picked each of us after much prayer. They have poured their hearts into this practice, with a humble heart & lots of prayer. If you’re struggling with your staff or wondering what sets us apart well this is it, a humble heart and lots of prayer which each staff member . We’re so blessed to work together and have a work family that is equally yoked. Thank you Dr. Cramer and Kelly for an amazing day, for our beautiful new shoes and lunch was such a blessing and true gift.
Thank you for all the prayers you have prayed over each of your staff members and your patients you make your practice whole. You make work sincerely pure joy and make us proud to say we work for Cramer Orthodontics! We’re grateful to have each other and I adore this family to pieces. Thank you Lord for bringing us together. What a blessing to have a staff fun day. We love you, Dr. Cramer and Kelly truly, thank you is not enough. Today was super fun!

What truly sets Dr. Cramer apart is the heart he brings to his work and his genuine care for his patients and others! 🫶

For the past four years, Dr. Cramer has been advocating for a legislative bill (HB 4070) to be passed in Texas. We’re excited to share that on June 20, 2025, the bill was officially passed and will go into effect on September 1, 2025! 🙌

This bill prioritizes patient safety and regulates the sale, design, and manufacture of orthodontic devices. It ensures that patients are seen in person by a licensed dentist to take X-rays, assess gum health, and confirm they are safe to begin treatment—especially before receiving devices like clear aligners. 🦷

Way to go, Dr. Cramer! 🎉
